9FLseries Animal Solid Liquid Manure Separation Machine can not only separate feces before sewage processing, but also the solid-liquid after biogas fermentation. After the separation, the dry and odorless solid can used as farmland fertilizer as well as organic fertilizer. During storage no sweating will be made, convenient transportation and odorless and can improve the farm’s air condition as well as the pollution during the transmission. After separation, the volume of liquid will be reduced about 20~30% and will not appear solid crust, the N, P contents may reduce as well which can be made as water-fertilizer, so that the corps can absorb the nutrition effectively and make the low-Carbon and environmental protection come true.

Working Principle:

Screw extrusion solid-liquid separation technology. When the cutting sewage pump transport the fecal sewage to solid-liquid separation machine through pipeline, the machine will start to work, double screw extrusion will gradually push the fecal sewage to the front screen and continuously improve the front pressure at the same time, so that forcing the water out of the screen through pipeline, repeat and repeat, the front pressure will continuously increasing, when to a certain degree, the tongue in the discharging port will open and to achieve the purpose of discharge the feed out by extrusion mouth. Usage:

This series of machine have passed The Agriculture Department's Agricultural Mechanical Test. Mainly suitable for the solid-liquid separation of livestock and poultry, especially solid in liquid with ratios of 3 percent to 12 percent.
