Hot pack:
1. Hot compress: arthritis, rheumatism, menorrhalgia, stomach trouble, cervical vertebra trouble, sciatica, and strain of lumbar muscles and more
2. Usage: soak the bag in a container full of water and put into a microwave oven to heat for 40 seconds or put the bag directly into the boiling water for 5 minutes to fully heat it
Instruction:
Cold pack
Store in the freezer so that the pack is ready to use in case of injury. Approximately 1 hour is required to freeze gel.

Hot pack:
1) Microwave: Place gel pack into microwave for approximately 30 seconds (if the gel is at the room temperature)or 1 minute (if the gel pack is frozen)on high powder, After this time, check that the correct temperature has been reached. If not, further exposure should in 10 seconds bursts. Time is based on a 600w microwave. Adjust heating time according to suit the power of your microwave.
2) Hot water: bring water to boil, remove from heat and immerse the gel pack for approximately 4-10 minutes. After 4 minutes, check every 1 minute to see if the correct time has been reached. Ideal to use for temporary relief of muscle aches and pains, back pain, sinusitis and menstrual cramps.

Notice:
