Biodiesel is used as a replacement for conventional diesel fuel, and thus reduces dependency on fossil fuels. Different processes are used for manufacturing biodiesel, depending on the type and quality of the raw material .An important advantage is that it can be used with no modification of the current diesel engine.
In the process of manufacturing biodiesel, Fuyi disc stack centrifuges are used as purifiers for separating glycerol water from fatty acid ester and biodiesel washing, and as Clarifiers for separating ultrafine substances from biodiesel

Tubular separator is consisted of main body, driving device, bowl collecting pan and liquid-in bearing seats.
The raw material is fed through the bottom, the bowl of the centrifuge rotates around its axis and forms a strong centrifugal forceand the centrifugal force separates the suspension into liquids and solid. Heavy solid is deposited on the inner wall of the bowl, and forms the sludge, then it will be discharged by manual after the machine stops. The clear liquid flows out of outlet from the top of the bowl.
The motor connect with the big pulley and delivery the power to the spindle through the belt, tensioner and small pulley and rotate with the bowl in high-speed as the clockwise. The material is sprayed onto the bowl from the inlet on the bottom and strong centrifuge force is formed when the bowl rotates with the material and that makes the material flow upper along the wall of the bowl and then separated because of the different gravity by the centrifuge force.
