Industry Application of Slate crushing screening plant:
Slate crushing and screening plant is widely used to process slate rock from quarry deposits for construction application,
and for crushing the scrap slate rock for pave and construction application. DSMAC will supply proved heavy duty crushing equipment to crush the hard, abrasive slate stone. The vibrating screen is also widely used in the slate extraction for sieving.
In the slate stone quarrying and processing plant, compact jaw crusher, cone crusher, impact crusher, vertical shaft impact crusher equip with diesel engine is widely used for stone crushing.
The compact crushing equipment can save the foot space, enable operation in constrained environments; they also can produce products in consistently size.
The simplified flow chart of slate crushing and screening plant is: vibrating feeder -> PE jaw crusher -> Impact crusher (or cone crusher, VSI crusher) -> vibrating screen -> stockpile.
The final grain sizes of slate crushing plant are: 0-2mm, 2-4mm, 4-8mm,8-16mm, 16-30mm, 30-45mm, 45-64mm and larger.
According to the application, we design the proved river stone crushing & screening plant of 40-80 TPH, 80-120 TPH, 120- 200TPH, 200-300TPH, 300-450TPH, 450-600TPH, 600-800TPH, 800-1000 TPH etc. for the contractors and clients.
Slate crushing and screening plant flow chart:
In the slate crushing plant, the mined scrap slate rock is fed into rough crusher (i.e. heavy duty jaw crusher) for primary crushing, then the crushed stone is transported into fine crusher (i.e. cone crusher, impact crusher ) for secondary crushing or tertiary crushing. According to the clients’ demands, DSMAC also can equip with VSI crusher for crushed stone shaping to produce high grade aggregate products.
The YK series vibrating screen has double-deck, triple-deck even 4-deck for the clients. All of them also can be placed on wheeled or tracked trestle stand. The high capacity, heavy duty, versatile sieving machine is capable of screening and separating bulk crushed slate rock in the storage.
