Main Characteristics
The machien has the surveillance ,alarm,malfunction display system which compose of the devices of sensing element , photoelectricity ,overload protection .the machine will stop automatically when packed object cannot be detected several times or when is overloaded.
The whole machine is controlled by PLC & HMI ,uses chain to carry the paper box. so the machine can run continuously and stably ,there is backup interface online. the photoelectric sensor can detect the packed object . the machine will not suck the paper box and not spray the glue when there is no packed object on conveyorbelt ,the waste of box and glue can be avoided .
