Product Explanation
JDLX-80G Fully automatic boxing machien is special intelligent boxing machien of plaster patch ,it can run continuously and count automatically ,the max speed of machien is 80bmp(boxs per minter) ,and the stable speed is 80 bpm. It's etensive usage include pharmaceutical,cosmetic, commodity and so on ,such as the cooling plaster ,bandages ,facial mask .
Main Characteristics
The whole machine is controlled by PLC & HMI ,uses chain to carry the paper box. so the machine can run continuously and stably . There is photoelectric sensor to detect the packed object ,the machine will not suck the paper box and not spray the glue when there is no packed object on conveyor belt ,the waste of box and glue can be avoided.
The machien has the surveillance ,alarm,malfunction display system which compose of the devices of sensing element , photoelectricity ,overload protection .the machine will stop automatically when packed object cannot be detected several times or when is overloaded.
