JDLX-120 Fully automatic ice-lolly boxing machien is special intelligent boxing machien which can run continuously ,the max speed of machien is 120bmp(boxs per minter) ,it can be used to pack the boxy object such as ice-lolly
Main Characteristics
The machien has the surveillance ,alarm,malfunction display system which compose of the devices of sensing element , photoelectricity ,overload protection .the machine will stop automatically when packed object cannot be detected several times or when is overloaded.
The whole machine is controlled by PLC & HMI ,uses chain to carry the paper box. so the machine can run continuously and stably ,there is backup interface online can adopted according to user's requirement .The machine can be adjust the speed automatically and make it can work with other packing machine together .It can link with pillow type packing machine ,container loader
