Pit type gas nitriding heat treatment furnace
Brief introduce of pit type furnace :
Nitriding heat treatment has been widely used in die mould, measuring tool, cutting tool (such as: high speed steel cutter) and so on, crankshaft, gear, cylinder liner, mechanical parts and wear-resistant parts heat treatment.
Application: mainly for gas nitriding heat treatment of various steel mechincal parts auto bent axles,auto piston rings motocycle brake pads and moulds etc.

4)When needed during process, protective atmosphere can be fed into the furnace to realize little-oxidizing heating.
