( 2 )The molten metal contains 5%Cr-0.5%Mo alloy content, it’s used to weld similar content alloy steel.
( 3 ) It’s used to weld oil refining, chemical industry equipment, such asm ASTM A387Gr.5, JIS SCMV6.
Precautions:
( 1 ) Adequately clear the oil,rust,moisture,dust and other debris of the welded parts.
( 2 ) The hardening capacity of molten metal is strong in air-cool,it need preheat before welding and heat treatment after welding.
( 3 ) Preheat and interpass temperature in 160~190℃,heat treatment after welding in 840~870℃.
