( 1 ) The product is 1.25Cr-0.5MoV Cr-Mo heat resistant steel MIG welding wire.
( 2 ) It’s used to weld pearlitic heat resistant steel under 540oC working temperature,such as boiler pipe,high temperature and high pressure pipe, oil cracking equipment, high temperature synthesis of chemical machinery , etc.
Precautions:
( 1 ) Adequately clear the oil,rust,moisture,dust and other debris of the welded parts.
( 2 ) The hardening capacity of molten metal is strong in air-cool,it need preheat before welding and heat treatment after welding.
( 3 ) Preheat and interpass temperature in 135~165℃,heat treatment after welding in 675~705℃.
