PPF Series Multiple cylinders CNC synchronous bending forming machine was innovate and developed by YSD Company in lately years, it is the advanced technology and tremendous metal forming machine in the world. The machine are composed of main machine, front and back feeding system, front and back supporting system, roller conveyor, side discharge system, moulds tooling and CNC control system.

PPF series CNC pipe former adopt the technology of incremental forming technology, frame-type three-beam structure, multi-cylinder, electro-hydraulic servo synchronized CNC control, high accuracy comprehensation, automatic feeding, pipe forming, pipe rotation and automatic discharge and many other kinds of functions can be achieved on th maching.

It can produce the straight seam pipes with diameter of 406-1626mm and thickness of 60mm.

PPF 6500/135 CNC pipe former had awarded "First Prize in China Machinery Industry Scientific and Technological Progress" in 2008, and another six practical technologies on the machine had obtained the national patent.
