The TW 1524/20 tack welder is mainly for joint closing and pre-welding of the straight seam pipe. The max. pipe diameter could be 1524mm, the max. length of pipe could be 12200mm. Max. pulling force is 200KN.

 

The TW1524/20 tack welder is used for the tack-welding plate in the downriver of JCO forming press. It has the functions of auto-feeding, auto-centering, joint closing and tack-welding and auto-discharge etc.

 

The height of inlet conveyor roller is +635mm (height of lower generatrix for Φ 406 pipe is +635mm). The height of outlet conveyor roller is +635mm (height of lower generatrix for Φ 406 pipe is + 635mm).

 

The height and direction of inlet and outlet shall be confirmed by the buyer.

 

Machine color shall be confirmed by the buyer.

Description on motion:

1.To adjust the position of roller beam #1 to #9 as per different open gap of pipe.

2.The open gap pipe will be transported to the inlet port of the tack-welding machine through inlet

conveyor roller.

3.Rotating roller will ascend, the gap center of the open gap pipe will be rotated to the

position of 12 point.

4.Rotating roller will descend, the pipe will be put onto the inlet lifting conveyor    

roller.

5.The first pushing block on the chain will push the pipe towards the frame of the 

welding machine.

6.The inlet guiding device will descend, the gap center of the open gap pipe will be 

rotated to the position of 12 point of the clock. The inlet guiding device will ascend again once the centering is finished.

7. When welding, the pushing equipment will match the welding requirement, the pipe will be pushed towards the welding machine frame with pre-set speed stably.

8. When finish welding, the pipe will be delivery out of the tack-welder through the outlet conveyor roller. The second pushing block on the chain will go to the start position to receive the next pipe. Next working cycle begins.

9.The pipe with tack-welding will move to the outlet conveyor roller, with centering automatically.
