TD series Bucket Elevator, full name is belt type bucket elevator, with the high-strength rubber belt for traction parts.
TD Series Bucket Elevator is suitable for those powder, granular, small block of no grinding bulk material, such as grain, coal, gravel, sand, coke foam, cement, gravel mine, silicate etc. The temperature of the conveying material should not be commonly higher than 80 ℃; When choosing heat- resistant belt, it should not exceed 200 ℃.
Main Features
1) Adopting steel cord belt as drag parts.
2) The head section, tail section and middle section of this elevator made effective seal processing.
3) This elevator is centrifugal discharging, pick and get charging.
4) Driving device adopting vertical shaft reducer and fluid coupling.

Head section & Tail section
Upper section(head section) is made of drive sprocket, top case, in half cover and drive plate. Drive sprocket running make the chain buckets move from bottom to top, then lift the material.
Lower section (Tail section) is made of take-up sprocket group, bottom case, heavy hammer tension device, inlet, skirt plate and inspection door. Take-up device with the aid of a heavy hammer and the self weight of take-up sprocket group. Make the chain’s tension constant. When the chain wear elongation, can automatic adjustment the wheel base.Inspection door is convenient for take apart the buckets and chains.Lower door is used for cleaning the material.
