Brief:
EPS hot melt machine,is our company research and absorption of foreign advanced technology ,design to solve EPS bulky,difficult to transport problem.The machine adopts two shaft broken knives,
could cut the EPS to small pieces, then into the screen.The crushed EPS then enter the host through high-speed rotation of the screw.EPS melt heating by the Mica heater,then transported to the forming square molds,
Material temperature start cooling down.Recycled EPS coming out from the forming molds.Then automatically
cut off by hydraulic cutting machine according to length requirement.
The design is high efficient. To serve better for customer,our company designed mini EPSH50/100 hot melt machine
based on traditional EPS200/EPS300type.Mini hot melt machine facilitate the large supermarket,
packing plant and place where the EPS is centralized using.Easy for EPS to recycled.
