What are the Advantages of the machines?

1) Measurement precision: equipped with a high precision metering device, it can insure the measuring precision ≤1%; Using with magnetic coupling, never leak, the service life 1 million times.
2) Mixing device: using an L structure, the pouring head has a function of self cleaning; the pouring mouth can be adjusted. Under high pressure, the materials will turn into mist and mixing uniformly.
3) High pressure and low pressure cycling switch device: adopting an import switching valve to make sure the system switching between working and not working, thus extends the life of the machine.
4) Temperature device: using a hot and cold all-in-ones machine to control the whole system under a stable temperature, with an error ＜±2℃.
5) Electrical control: adopting a 10” touch screen and a PLC control module, which can display and control the temperature, pressure, and flowing rate of the machine, store 20 formulations, insure the machine has a stable performance and a high automation.
