Stainless inner tank
Raw material pot with a stainless steel interior; sealed foaming insulation; integrated stepless speed regulation automatic control motor and stirring machine; circulated oil heating; automatic constant temperature control for a better heat insulating and electricity saving effect..
Control system
1.TAIAN electrical components imported control the injecting volume and dual-way of gauging of injection, with the accuracy up to 0.1 mm, accurate injecting, nice product and stable quality.
2.The working data of more than 500 groups of the mold can be memorized upon different mold codes to avoid the adjustment when to reuse it suitable for multiplication of products.
Mixing Head
1.High precision axial piston pump,Variable output, robust manual adjustment via handwheel with integral precision measuring scale
2.Magnetic coupling ensures no material leakage
3.Digital pressure gauge for controlling pressure.
4.Material injection by a precision needle valve, which is taper sealed, never worn, and never clogged; single button operation for convenient operation; switching to a different density or color at any time.
