Product Description

Lamination glue LP-5840N is an Ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer emulsion with excellent bonding strength for many substrates, such as paper, wall paper, PVC, nylon, polyester, cotton, plywood, concrete and etc:

Physical Property:

1. Appearance: Milky white emulsion

2. Viscosity: 2500~4500CPS (LVT-04, No.3/12 rpm, 25^oC)

3. Solid content: 56±2%

4. MFT: 0^oC

5. PH: 4.0~5.5

6. Particle size: 0.3~1.0μ

7. Ionic: Nonionic

8. Thicken ability: Excellent

Application:

Lamination glue LP-5840N has strong bonding strength for rigid PVC-plywood, semi-rigid PVC-plywood, paper, polyurethane foam, EVA foam, polystyrene foam, leather, and fibre etc.

Note:

1. Please store the lamination glue LP-5842 below 40^oC, and keep it away from direct sunlight or fire.

2. Shelf life for lamination glue is 12 months.
