T-UR049H is solvent-free moisture curing PU adhesive.
T-UR049H can be used at room temperature for woodworking , and products have properties as mentioned below:
1. Great curing speed.
2. Great bonding strength.
3. Great hydrolysis resistance.
4. Great weather resistance.
5. Great chemical resistance
Specification:
1. Composition:Polyurethane pre-polymer
2. Appearance:Brown liquid
3. Solid content:100%
4. Viscosity:4000 ~7000 cps(25℃)
5. Shelf life:6 months
Operation:
1. T-UR049H can be used by roller coating.
2. After coating on the wood’s surface, then lamination stick with rollers.
3. Pressing the wood/wood at room temperature about 180 mins approximately,
and initial binding strength can be obtained.
