Product Description
INTRODUCTION:
T-PR5007 is a PVAC glue with water resistance,which meets D3 requirement
according to EN204.T-PR5007 sets quickly.The set glue joints are very strong and have a good resistance to high temperature. When catalysed with a Hardener , the beginning of a good adhesive, fast drying, curing of the water after the given quality, weatherability, anti-aging and high bonding strength.
PROPRETIES :
1. Appearance :Milky-white paste
2. PH:3.5 – 5.5
3. Viscosity:6000~8000CPS (LVT NO:3/12rpm,25℃ )
4. Solid content :50 ± 1 %
Application Information:
1. Surface gluing of décor-finish film.
2. High-frequency bonding.
3. Stationary edgebanding with veneers,plastic laminates and wood strips.
4. Carcase and assembly gluing.
5. Bonding joints in boards and block gluing of softwood and chipboard as well as
hardwoods.
Instruction for use:
The open time and setting time depend strongly on working conditions such as
temperature, humidity,absorbency of the materials being worked and amounts
applied.
