We are one of the best suppliers for new OTR tyre vulcanizer. Our machines are supplied for many famous tyre factories aroud the world.
Type: Mechanical type and Hydraulic type
Our curing presses are supplied for many famous tyre factories around the world, like Michelin, Bridgestone, etc.
This Curing Press is a mechanical type, the beam moves vertically and horizontally for tyre loading and unloading. The center mechanism is BOM type and the curing mould is heated by Steam Dome. Other features of this type are: Single-Column Vertical Chuck for both tyre loading and unloading, Pro-Bar Style Mould Stripping Unit. As per Customer’s request, Auto Mould-Adjusting Device, SMO Drive Device, PCI and Green Tyre Holder are available. Curing Piping can also be made to order.
This Curing Press uses PLC for Real-time Control, and industrial PC for Human-Machine Operation Interface. All parameters can be re-set during Curing Cycle, and Real-time data collection / preservation, Alarming, as well as data back dating can also be realized through this system. With Ethernet interface, Curing Press Group-Management is available.
