1. Structure:
The film cooling line for overhead structure, rack vertical return, forced air cooling. The film cooling machine can be equipped with automatic pendulum glue, automatic laminated, weighing cutting, such as automatic sampling configuration.
2. Use:
This line will be mixed refine glue and refining rubber pressure out of the film coating isolation agent, cooling and laminated to deposit.
3. Sheet colling machine Features
(1). Integrating the operations of separant applying, air cooling, drying, cutting and wig-wag stacking, realizing continuous working and high-efficiency production
(2). Dipping slab for separant applying to achieve uniform applying and not polluting environment.
(3). Long air-cooling time brings about good cooling effect.
(4). Fixed-length cutting and adjustable cutting length.
(5). PLC technology and invertor adjustment are adopted, easy for full-process control.
