- Smart temperature control. Automatically detect temperature inside machine(outside the machine Optional), control the fan operate intelligently,really saving energy. User-defined temperature detection,control the fan operation,lower temperature inside the machine,ensure appropriate environment for machine’s operation,improve reliability and operating life of the machine.Protection function in ultra-temperature.Once temperature reach the user-defined ultra-temperature,machine will automatically standby,avoiding unnecessary influence operating in the ultra-temperature.Automatically detect the temperature inside the machine and display it.
- Function of extensive environment light sense. Support environment light sense module(selected by users),sense environment brightness,automatically adjust height of the machine to the environment brightness according to different environment brightness.
- Function of support real-time clock. User-define programmable TV sleep timer,plug-in power source,not affected by power shorten.
- Support remote control. Operation mode of controlling one or more machine by controlling remote devices.
- Support jumper cap of selected screen. Support market universal large-size different screen,not need to burn program again,only one program can be for market universal large-size screen.
- Compatible for large and small power sources. One board can meet many demands. You can input single 12V or use market universal large-size power source directly.(with power source of +12V,+5V,+5VS,STB).It can reduce models of inventory,lower cost.(definition of large-size power source:STB,GND,GND,+5VS,+5V,+5V,GND,GND,+12V,+12V).
- LVDS output interface. Support 10bit high definition screen.
- Support two channel USB input(one channel plug out ,one channel plug in for extension),USB support multimedia player,MP3,pictures,texts and support upgrading of USB programs.
- Support high definition HDMI extension. Users can extend multi-channel HDMI signal input according to demands.
- Decoding driving chips. Adopt Mstar word top main trend chip--TSUMV59XUS,support 10 bit full HD screen, main IC adopt big heat sinks to boost main IC heat dissipation, remitting high temperature’s affection to main IC.
- Plug-in capacitor. Adopt high-performing, reliable, beautiful appearance ruby capacitor(customers can choose solid, ruby or normal electrolytic capacitor) It will not lose effect for electrolytic solution air drying when operating under high temperature. Chip capacitor is importing brand production of ceramic chip capacitor, withstand voltage beyond 16V(include 16V)Adopt X5R,X7R high-performance materials, properties of improving high and low temperature and reducing positive and negative error, ensuring the machine’s stability and life operating under high temperature for long.
- ESD protective component. Add ESD protective components in signal input port and relative key part, strengthening function of anti-static, preventing the influence of high voltage from outside.
- Power amplifier. Adopt IC of digital high-power amplifier output 2x10W power, effectively ensuring high performance loud effect and reducing power loss. Main board support two channel audio input and one channel audio output. Loudspeaker output adopt 4PIN/2.54MM plug-in socket.(5W and 10W output power for option)
- Backlight driving interface. Adopt 6PIN/2.0MM standard socket prevail on the market; It can control backlight brightness with PWN pulse widening signals. (Brightness adjustment range from 0 to 5V)
- Function of information source scan. Support multiple information source scan. Self-defined information channels and cycling time cycle are available.
- Function of Lock key. Self-defined lock key. After the key is locked, any key will lose function except key POWER, avoiding others’ mis-operation.
- Function of reproduction. Install:under-scan, over-scan, standard, user-defined options can restore real resolution, improve definition of images and display high-definition effect, solving problems of uncompleted and divided images that normal machine displays.
- PCB material. Adopt double FR4 unleaded OSP technology.1.66MM thick, blue oil and white words, adopt high-class graphics card PCB mode. Product certification standard. Comform to the country’s 3C certification, CE certification and ROHS environmental-protection standard and so on.It can go through safe and electromagnetic compatibility detection.
