3, Performance Characteristics
Widely applied in thin plate welding field such as Automobile Motorcycle parts, Steel-wood Furniture, Light Steel etc.
Applicable Materials: Low Carbon Steel,High Strength Steel,Ordinary Steel.
1, Pulse Width Modulator (PWM) controller with closed-loop control system to ensure machine's working stability. Good resistant capacity in power fluctuations to ensure normal welding with minimum input voltage 330V.
2, MMA with good constant-current characteristics,multifunction makes machine more convenient.
3, Independent welder and wire feeder design,be able to adjust wire feeding parameters makes machine more convenient.
4, Full-bridge inverter power conversion technology with high frequency about 20kHz greatly reduced machine' s size and weight, saving resources.
5, Waveform control technology, with the inductor (Electronic Reactor) regulating function, be able to adjust inductance according to welding craft, which makes acre softer, increases fusion depth, reduce spatter and makes weld bead nicer.
6, Automatic wire feeding speed reduction at arc starting and small ball peeling at arc ending, which raises the success rate of next arc starting.
Spot welding makes small spatter during arc starting, more suitable for thin plate welding.
