1, Performance Characteristics
1), It has the advantage of small volume and light weight, welding machine and welding torch can be moved, get rid of the structure of old type welder to fix electrode arm, adopt one and half meters long cable and equipped with a handheld spot welding gun, also can reach into the internal of weldment and special parts to carry out welding, if welding machine is hang to compose suspensions spot welder.
2), Main transformers are all imported cold rolled silicon steel sheet, therefore, power consumption of main transformer is small, no load current from all kinds of models is small.
3), Main circuit adopts thyristor contactless switch, turn off time of circuit is fast, accurate and reliable,welding time can be adjusted accurately through timing control, welding's repeatability is good, it is convenienct to repair and carry out the welding of high quality.
4), Generally speak, welding range is low carbon steel of 0.33mm, steel plates and weldable carbon steel of diameter 0.5mm and diameter 5mm, carbon steel, stainless steel, iron sheet and other black, no-ferrous, rare,precious metals and alloys etc.

It is widely used in steel furniture, stainless steel products, manufacturing anti-theft door, kitchen equipment and wire mesh repair welding etc.
