DHB40 small drum asphalt mixing plant is a black mixture heating and mixing machine. this small drum asphalt mixing plant mainly applies to build black pavement, goods yard and square for highway, port and urban construction.
Be integrated design of drying and mixing drum.
Accurate in weighting, simple in structure, highly in efficient, stable in output and fast in transit.
Various kinds of asphalt mixture can be produced.
All systems are controlled by the central control room.
Suitable for the highway, black pavement construction for municipal department.

3. 4 or 3 cold aggregate feeders, 500mm width belt conveyor.

Burner is available for both coal and oil. Customers can choose either freely. (If you choose the coal burner, a coal breaker is needed)

The Cyclone dust filter is the basic configuration, and the bag filter and water filter is for optional. The dust collecting system can help you to reduce the pollution.

Water film cyclone(optional): power of the motor: 18.5kw, power of the pump: 2.2kw.
6. Drying drum, 5.1m length, Dia.1.2, 10mm thickness steel plate, 40Cr elevator board chain material, 65Mn hanging hopper material.
The drying drum and the mixing drum are integrated design which reduces customers’ cost.
Advantages
The drying drum is driven by gear-tooth joggle with reliable capability; elevator board chain material 40Cr, hanging hopper material is 65Mn.

7. Electric control system, 2.2x2.2x2.5m control room, digital indicator, mixture temperature.
A.The figure dimension 2.2x2.2x2.5m; Copy container structure, the walls, door and windows are made of colorized steel plate. Pleasing shape, good seal; easy to hoist and transport.
B.Box type control cabinet, main electric parts are Zhengtai, Schneider, which has interlock and two-grade protection;
C.The operation panel equipped with manual operation device, digital indicator for main motor, mixture temperature, cold aggregate, fuel and asphalt.
