1. Simple description and main structure
A. SLB series mobile asphalt plants are twin drum asphalt mixing plant. Drying drum and mixing drum are integrated design. Output: 8-30 TPH. SLB series mobile asphalt plants are twin drum asphalt mixing plant. Drying drum and mixing drum are integrated design. Output: 8-30 TPH.
B. Main structure:
a. cold supply bins :3 or 4 sets ,it depends on your needs. b. conveyor belt, c. drying and mixing drum, d. elevato, e. dust filte, f. finished products silo :5t, g.control system, h.bitumen tank :30t.
C. Advantages
a. Integrated design of drying and mixing in drum, reduce initiate cost for clients;
b. Simple structure, easy operation, drying while drum rotate in counter clockwise direction (from burner), discharging while drum rotates in clockwise direction (from burner), and the wind are swirled in the center of the drum; .
c. PLC control, touch screen, auto/manual switchable;
d. Towing chassis of easy transport and installation;
e. Burner is available for coal and oil, at client's option;

3.Cold aggregate supply system
Components: 4 aggregate belt feeders, 1 set of aggregate belt conveyer;
Specifications:
Bin cubage 4×4m³,
The bin width 2.6m, Loading height: 2.7m, Motor power 4×1.5kw(electromagnetic timing)
Bin vibrator: 0.25kw,
Aggregate belt width 500mm; motor power 4kw,
Advantage
Inside bin equipped with filtering net, the feeder motor adopts electromagnetic timing convenient for transportation.
4. The Burning System.
Burner is available for both coal and oil. Customers can choose either freely. (If you choose the coal burner, a coal breaker is needed)
5. Dust Collecting System
The Cyclone dust filter is the basic configuration, and the bag filter and water filter is for optional. The dust collecting system can help you to reduce the pollution.
5. Electric control system
A.The figure dimension 2.2x2.2x2.5m; Copy container structure, the walls, door and windows are made of colorized steel plate. Pleasing shape, good seal; easy to hoist and transport.
B.Box type control cabinet, main electric parts are Zhengtai, Schneider, which has interlock and two-grade protection;
C.The operation panel equipped with manual operation device, digital indicator for main motor, mixture temperature, cold aggregate, fuel and asphalt.
