Series YA circular vibrating screen
 

Applications:electromagnetic vibrating screen in separation equipment
Series YA circular vibrating screen is widely used for screening of coal, limestone, rubble, gravel, metal ores, non-metallic ores and other materials. The motion trace of the screening box is circular.

Main structure and working principle:
Series YA circular vibrating screen is made up of screening box, screening mesh, vibrator, vibration damping spring device, under frame and other components. The vibrator is installed on the sideboard of the screening box, and is driven by the motor to rotate through the coupling, which will make a centrifugal inertial force to make the vibration of the screen.
The screening mesh is the main wearing part. According to the types of the materials, uses can adopt hadfield's manganese steel woven mesh, punched screening plate or rubber screening plate. There are single screening surface or double screening surfaces for customers to choose. All the screening meshes or plates can meet the requirements of high screening efficiency, long service time and block proof. 
Series YA circular vibrating screen if for seater installation. The inclination of the screening surface can be adjusted by changing the height of the spring support.
