The device including: Pigging valve (Service valve)-1set, Ball valve-3sets, Pressure globe valve-3sets, Pressure gage, all these valve integrated into the skiing seat by Pipe, elbow, tee, flange. Skid design could satisfy the requirement, also has the advantage of small cover area,energy saving,easy to move and good applicability etc.
Mail applicable:
1. Before new line production, clear away various residue to make the tube line unimpeded;
2. The new pipe inner surface derusting and anticorrosive coating layer;
3. Do the regular tubing paraffin to the pipe line which has been put into the production, remove water from the trachea, could keep long transmission capacity and reduce the corrosion to the inner of the tube wall, extending the service life of the pipeline.
4. Could quarantine for the different medium in the same pipeline.
5. Exhaust before pipe pressure, and pipe drainage after water pressure test.
6. Pigging valve in the skiing equipment maintenance, you can turn off mains pigging valve import and export of ball valve, open the plate of pipeline ball valves, pigging valve maintenance without shutting down production line, not affect production.
