Slurry valve (Class 150/300/400/600)
Products design features
The valve body of the slurry series is divided into left and right parts with a seat between them. The bolt connecting the two parts can be dissembled to replae the valve seaat.An anti-washing and anti-corrosion protection plae is set in the cavity of the valve body. At the momnet of the valve opens, the plate can protect valve from washing out or erosion, and carry out chemical Ni.P plating threatmen on the whole valve which makes the surface hardness reach HRC60-62.The sealing adopts spherical seal, the surfaceof which is line connecting.It can ensure the sealing realiabiity and avoid scabs.Moreover, the valve belt has back sealing structer which can protect filling packing in full-open state.A rotation-resitant device is set up to ensure that the valve stem only has straight line motions.and no revolving motions,The driving manners of the valve include hand driving, electric driving air operated and geared transmission.
