6.After sale service

Anrecson product’s warranty time is one and a half year(LCD panel and high brightness product is 1 year).

²DOA: If any product has quality problem, excluding damages caused by natural disasters or by human factors, we will give you unconditional replacement within 30 days from the day you receive it. Anrecson will undertake all transportation expense for this replacement.

²RMA: Beyond the above mentioned 30 days but within the one and half years of guarantee time, if any product has quality problem, excluding damages caused by natural disasters or by human factors, we will undertake half of transportation fee, that is, the customer will pay the transportation fee for the goods back to Anrecson and Anrecson for the goods back to the customer.

²Paid Maintenance: Beyond the warranty time of one and a half years, if any product is in malfunction and needs repairing, the customer should pay reasonable fee for the repairment service according to the established price list of maintenance and undertake all the transportation fee in the process of repairment. After customer’s agreement, we will immediately provide our service for the customer.
