Product description:
QTJ4-15A automatic hydraulic brick making machine use advanced electric control system and reliable hydraulic system, integrated of mechanical, hydraulic and automatic technologies, the operation is easy, and the functioning is reliable.
The platform and mould pressing vibration, can make the air exhausting of the cement in only 2-3seconds, and the density of the bricks or hollow blocks can be enhanced quickly, especially suitable for high density bricks, and the bricks can be stacked immediately after formed, the using of pallets can be saved;
Using the unique feeding system, cement, sands, stone particles, coal dusks, coal cinders, and ceramsite can be used to make all kinds of standard bricks, hollow blocks, floor bricks and other special products.
Product features:
1.the structure is made of rectangular steel tubes, and 4shafts guide is used with composite bearing, ensures good balance and reliability
2. moulds can be changed easily, and many kinds of cement products can be produced.
3.all the moulds used have been carbonized, it is solid and wearing resistant, life span is 3 times of common moulds;
4. the hydraulic system uses multi-step pressure valves, the pressure can be adjusted automatically as per the needs;
5. the control system is composed of PLC+human-machine interface to realize automatic production, and there’s warning function which can indicate the position of the malfunction, the errors can be easily found and recovered;
6. the vibration frequency can be changed as per the demand of users;
7. the machine takes less space, is suitable for small and middle size users;
