We equipped a larger reductor of high quality for it, and change the key rotary parts into bearings.

In addition, thickened square steel frame is used to make it to be stronger.
Wear resisting material is adopted for the guiding columns so that the service life of this machine can be largely prolonged.

(3) 2.2kw mortor, 3kw vibrator(upper mould) and 2x2.2kw vibrator(down mould), the hollow blockpressure 8-10Mpa, solid blocks pressure 10-12Mpa.

(4) For the moulds: high temperature carburizing heat treatment, it is durable.
