Specifications

2. With the world’s top USA II-VI laser optic lens. The lens of less energy loss, high reflectivity, strong focusing and durable. Optical losses in the transmission process minimum to avoid the problems of large attenuation of laser cutting power.
3. This equipment uses South Korea patented high speed linear motion guide rail. Rail can be adjusted to ensure the accuracy after some time of movement. Our slider is also imported from Korea. The size is adjustable while using.
4. The key parts use the current international popular and advanced precision ball screw, with professional precision laser heads, it has the features of small kerf, high speed and high precision.
5. Motion systems select Japanese servo motor and drive. And it has advanced speed control system. According to the cutting requirement of curve and straight line, it has the function of automatically adjust the speed, ensuring smooth cutting edges and natural curves. Running stable and fast speed.
6. This device uses a fully enclosed professional cooling water circulation system to ensure the circulation of water in the laser tube to be clean without dust. It achieves good results to extend the life of the laser tube, effectively reducing the cost of production.
7. Good air suction systems totally discharge smoke and fume from materials being cut to keep good environment and high precision of the machine.
8. Off-line control system. There are a variety of input methods, such as USB flash disk, USB cable transmission and Cable connection. Easy to use. One computer controls multiple laser machines for cost saving.
9. In software, all using professional cutting software (independently researched and developed by GoldenLaser). It is compatible with CAD, BMP, CorelDraw, DST, PLT and other related software. It combines graphics layout and control output in one. Unique design, friendly interface and easy to use. And you enjoy permanent free upgrades of the software.
