Application: This laser engraving and cutting machine is widely used in wide format engraving and cutting acrylic, wood board, model board and other nonmetal materials of advertising and decoration, aeromodelling, signs & signage, craftwork industry, etc.
Materials that can be Cut/Engraved:
This laser cutter can cut/engrave on most nonmetal materials, such as wood board, plywood, MDF, acrylic, plastic, Plexiglas, PMMA, plexiglass, Perspex. balsa, bamboo, cardboard, paper, marble, rubber, organic glass, glass and crystal, leather, etc.
Product Highlights:
- This laser cutting machine adopts special structure and controlling system. Kerf is small, cutting edge is smooth, which effectively meet high precision cutting requirement.
- The software supports CorelDraw and others graphics manipulation programs. The original photos can be output directly, which can avoid the photos being out of shape and the data being incorrect.
- Simple optical path design without depletion, ensures unanimous power output on the working table and every fine product.
- Imported optical mirrors, high-temperature endurable, anti-abrasive, small diameter of focalize facula; ensure higher cutting ability compared with the machine of the same laser power.
- Standard machine is equipped with high quality 80W / 100W / 130W CO2 glass laser tube made in China with fine cutting effect and advantage of price. The laser cutting machine uses a beam of light as the cutting/engraving tool, so no part of the machinery actually touches the material being cut/engraved. You don't need a special system to hold down your material. The engraved words and graphs do not fade, exist permanently and can avoid being forged effectively.
- USB data connector: data communication can be completed very fast, it doesn't occupy computer resource when engraving. You can save multiple files at the same time.
- This laser cutting machine is equipped with strip panel working table, which can avoid producing defective products due to the reflection when cutting acrylic and wood, it also makes the finished products fell into drawer. This working table is more suitable for cutting board.
