(1)Global Pioneer for Double Core Laser Processing System
Adopting leading optic principles, the world’s pioneer double core technology combined with computer theory and control system enable double system to shift perfectly, and thus doubles working efficiency, prolongs lifespan of laser machine, reduces the machine failure and ensures the stability and timeliness of processing.
Laser system (1)(2) is automatically self-controlled according to temperature and working time. It ensures the two laser systems to stay in the best working conditions. The two systems can work alternatively - one system is working and the other is in dormancy. In this case, the lift span of the laser can be prolonged by more than 3~5 times.
When failed occurs in one of (1)(2) laser systems, the other system can proceed to work. The processing procedure will not be affected and the failure rate of laser machine will be sharply reduced.
(2)Particular Ultrasonic Auto-focus System
Ultrasonic Auto-focus System solves the problems that inaccurate manual focusing, unflat work pieces and complex parameter adjustment. The machine integrates high precision of laser beam focus and high quality of the work pieces to be processed. Such feature can be mainly used for laser machines with electrical up&down working table.
(3)User-friendly Up & Down Working Table
According to different thickness of materials, the working table can be adjusted up and down to ensure the best focus height, ensuring the best processing effects of materials with different thickness.
(4)Auto-nesting
This nesting technology is mainly for middle and small size cutting machine (optional). The nesting software can do smart nesting according to the cutting size of the graphics and the number the work pieces to be nested within the processing area. Compared with manual nesting, it can increase the utilization rate of the material to the maximum, greatly improving working efficiency and reducing time and production cost.
(5) High Efficiency Separated Engraving and Cutting System
In the aspect of processing technique, engraving and cutting have different technical requirements for laser and notion system. One laser processing system cannot ensure high speed and high precision engraving and smooth cutting. Golden Laser innovatively integrates two independent notion systems of cutting and engraving on one machine. It prolongs the service life of machine and greatly improves the processing area and processing quality.
