Introduction:
HYPGJ-01B Armored thermocouple cable polishing machine is our engineer independent research and development for armored cable polishing,which is intellectual property construction installation equipment ( have chinese patent for invention).
When producing armored thermocouple and armored RTD wire core,the last process is polishing the outer tube of material.Usually we choose mechanical polishing which is this machine made for.
Expect for using as special equipment,this machine also can be used for armored cable polishing.For example,steel wire rod is too long and coiled shape.it can not turn around.The trditional polishing machine can not process,only can use acid pickling to remove oxide layer.But acid pickling will cause big pollution,and it is economic cost and environmental cost are too high.If we use this machine,just straighten steel wire rod and through it into the polishing machine,the process complete automation,less pollution and small occupied area.
