1.Product Description

Model:H07V-U,BV.

B means the cable used for wiring ,V means PVC insulation.

Specification:

Section-area of conductor:0.75 sq mm,1 sq mm,1.5 sq mm,2.5 sq mm,4 sq mm,6 sq mm,10 sq mm,16 sq mm,25 sq mm,35 sq mm,50 sq mm,70 sqmm.

Product Structure: Conductor + Insulation.Oxygen-free copper conductors + PVC posed by the solid copper wire and PVC insulation.

Implementation of the standards:  HD 21.3 S3, VDE 0281-3, BS 6004

Rated voltage:450/750V 

 Soaked one hour, Wire subjected to alternating current  50Hz 250V (450 / 750V), 2000V (300 / 500V) voltage test 5 minutes without breakdown.

Operating temperature: normal operating temperature does not exceed the maximum 70 ℃

Bending radius: For the Cable whose outer diameter (D) less than 25mm are not less than 4D; For the cable whose outer diameter (D) >= 25mm,the bending radius should not less than 6 D.

Color: yellow-green 

Application: Installation in surface mounted or embedded conduits or similar closed systems and for fixed protected installation in or on lighting fi ttings and inside appliances, switchgear and control gear. Green/Yellow for use as earth.Insulated conductor(H07V-U) is used for laying in electric-installation tubes,under and on plaster installation in dry rooms and in closed installation conduits.Direct laying in cable guides is not permitted.Also applied for internal wiring of distribution and switching boxes equipment,same as for protective laying for lighting of nominal voltage up to 1000 V alternating current,or up to 750V direct current against earth.
