Standard
The cable is manufactured according to GB5023-2008 and JB8734-1998 national
standard or international standard of 60227IEC.
Application
The cables can be applied to the copper(aluminum)-core cables in the rated A/C
voltage ofU/U450/750V and the below power, lighting, daily electric appliances,
apparatus and telecommunication equipments.
Operation characteristics
1-U0/U is 450/750V and 300/500V ;
2-The allowed long-term working temperature of wire should not exceed 70°C,
The cable (wire) shall be installed at temperature not lower than 0°C;
3-The bending radius shall not be less than 4D of the cable overall diameter it is less
25mm; the bending radius shall not be less than 6D of cable overall diameter when
it is more than 25mm.
Manufacture length
1-The coil length of cable (wire) shall be 100M, filled reel length shall be more than
1000M;
2-The short cable are permitted with a length not less than 10m for each and their
quantity shall not exceed 10% of the total supply length, and short length quantity
of every piece not more than 2pcs;
3-Any supply length is permitted based on the agreement with buyer.
The error of metering shall not exceed ±0.5%.
