ZDF-91B1 series Composite vacuum gauge
Composite vacuum gauge uses two low vacuum measuring unit and a set of high vacuum measurement units into high-precision, high stability of the vacuum gauge, the way in which the resistance element (resistance gauge II) independently measuring unit low vacuum (1.0 * 105Pa-- -1.0 * 10-1Pa), another road resistance element (resistance normalized) unit combined with ionization is a composite unit, in order to complete 1 * 105Pa --- 1.0 * 10-5Pa continuous measurement and control.
Composite unit has two operating modes, the user can select manual mode or automatic mode according to the needs of the work environment. The gauge series with a high degree of automation, easy to use, stable operation for a long time, has a strong anti-interference ability and other characteristics. It is ideal in industrial production and scientific vacuum measurement equipment.
