3. System pressure rise rate: 12 hours after the shutdown, static vacuum ≤3.6 Pa.
4. Heating temperature: the heating zone is φ300 × H400 (mm), the maximum heating temperature is 1000 ℃, working temperature of 850 ℃, the work area temperature uniformity ± 5 ℃,
