JC series jaw crusher size and capacity Product introduction:
JC series jaw crusher size and capacity is widely used in mine, construction material, chemical, metallurgy. It can make primary and secondary crushing in every kind of minerals and rocks, whose compressive strength is not more than 320Mpa. JC series jaw crusher can crush hard and high abrasion materials efficiently. JC series jaw crusher size and capacity Working principle:
This series of jaw crusher is driving extrusion type, motor drives belt and belt roller, then jaw moves up and down movement through the eccentric shaft. When the movable jaw plate promotes the movable jaw movement to fixed jaw plate, the material is crushed or split pieces. When movable jaw and movable jaw plate draws back in the effect of eccentric shaft and springs. Then the previously crushed or split pieces of material will discharge from the lower jaw port. With the continuous rotation of the motor, the movable jaw can crush and discharge materials periodically to realize mass production.

Movable jaw assembly adopts high-quality steel castings, and it is driven by two large steel flywheels. Besides, heavy eccentric shaft has also adopted forging billet for processing, it makes jaw crusher with exceptional reliability
- The bearing chassis adopts integral cast steel structure
Integralcast steel bearing can guarantee with crushing frame completely, but also greatly enhance the radial strength of the bearing, and split type bearing does not have the advantage.
- Using finite element analysis technology to make crusher with higher intensity.
Jaw crusher is equipped with wedge discharging mouth adjusting device, the device is more simple, safe and fast than old-fashioned gasket adjustment.
- Bearing is of larger specifications and higher bearing capacity.
All JC jaw crusher series are equipped with larger and more durable eccentric shaft bearings than other crushers with the same specifications. The higher carrying capacity and effective labyrinth seal greatly extend the service life of the bearing.
- As standard installed central lubrication device, it makes bearing lubrication more convenient.
- With layering and quick installation support this fixed jaw.
- It installs the heavy guard to avoid the damage of the bearing.
- Bearing rods at the bottom of the jaw are effectively to protect the moving jaw and rack from wear and tear
