PE series impact crusher is a type of improved machinery, which is made by absorbing advanced technology at home and abroad, and integrated with the specific industrial and mining condition in home sand industry. It is widely used in crushing raw materials in some fields, such as construction materials, transportation, energy sources, cement, mine, chemistry. Besides, it has competitive advantages than other equipment for the cubic product, without tension and crack. It can crush various primary, secondary and fine materials in condition that the feeding granularity is less than 500mm, and compression strength doesn’t exceed 350MPa. This equipment is of reasonable structure, wide application, efficient production, diversified specifications, easy operation and maintenance, and excellent safety performance.
Working principle
PE series impact crusher is mainly composed of rotor, impact shelf, chassis, ratchet clamshell-type device, rotating element. It crushes materials by using impact energy. When materials enter the zone of flat hammer, they will be impacted intensely. And then the crushing materials will be thrown up to the counter device. Later, it will be rebound to the zone of flat hammer and be crushed again, and the material will enter the primary, secondary, fine impact cavity to crush according to the big to small order. The materials will not stop crushing until the finished materials can reach the required granularity that can be discharge from the lower part of the machine. Besides, we can change the output granularity and its shape by adjusting the gap between impact shelf and rotor shelf. This equipment adopts gravity-type safety device in back shelf, if the non-crushing materials enter crushing cavity, the forth and back impact shelf will draw back, and the non-crushing material will be discharge from machinery.
