Specifications
The air bubble film bag machine can make bags with PE foam or bubble film.(2 seal side)Air bubble film bag making machine.(2 seal side)
1. Two sides water cooled compress, hot cutting in the middle, trims are need and tight, cooling is fast.
2. Automatic folding with optional edge aligned or staggered forming. Improved production rate with stored feeding section can feed two threads at the same time.
3. PLC control system to control the bag length with a server motor system, variable speed drive to control production speed.
4. When alternative mechanism is chosen, the machine can makes bags with air bubble film (with thickness less than 5mm.)
5. Inverter speed regulate.
6.Compatible with super thin and soft air bubble film.
