Introduction
Bubble Film Making Machine adopts once-through shaping technique, thus has high efficiency and excellent product quality. This machine set has such features as scientific and reasonable structure design, smooth and reliable running and convenient operation and maintenance.
1) Air bubble film production line can prodcue two layers or three layers air bubble film with the max width 2500mm, shorter film can be also made by inserting a deckel in the die lip.
2) 3-layer air bubble film as well as 2-layer.

4) Realize high timing prevision, large scope, low consumption, reliable operation by adopting frequency conversion.
5) Adopt infrared energy-saving heater, intelligent digital automatic temperature controller, realize high efficiency and low consumption.

Other Features
Hard chrome plated surface, even though you use hard brush to damage, it will not be harm.
For twin screw extruder, there are two screws to control two layers film, thickness of each film can be adjusted separately.
