Specifications
This machine can produce 2- layer, 3-layer or 5-layer air bubble film, also can laminate Al foil, craft paper, PE foam or others7 layers air bubble film machine- twin extruder (model:MX-B150SA)
Introduction
This bubble film laminated machine absorbs domestic and international advanced technology, through a large number of production practices, development, innovation.
1. Main parts: three extrusion parts, three electrical control parts,one aluminized film unwinding units, forming part and winding part;
2. Be able to produce seven layers air bubble film
3. Same natures with air bubble film machine, this machine can produce two, three or five layers air bubble film, can laminate the bubble film with aluminum film, brown paper and other with PE thin film into seven layers laminated films with special use.
4. Adopting Japanese "Nano" technology and high density, anti high temperature silica rubber roller to laminate film, the film will not stick to the rubber roller, pressing film smoothly, good laminated result to the brown paper and aluminum film.
5. Be able to manufacture various specifications of bubble between Φ6mm and Φ30mm and forming mould with different heights.
6. Be able to manufacture various width specifications of air bubble film machines between 1000-2500mm.

Each extruded layer can be separated controlled(thickness/color) by twin-extruder.
Adopt inner cooling water forming roller, make perfect quality.
Hard chrome plated surface, even though you use hard brush to damage, it will not be harm.
