Industrial Water Treatment in Reverse Osmosis Water Treatment Plants

Advantages:
High efficiency, low energy consumption, wide application range for source water, easy to install, convenient to operate. The whole systems adopt American technology RO membrane( HYDRANAUTICS,DOW etc), which offers various degrees of flux and rejection characteristics.
Working process:
It includes Quartz sand filter, active carbon filter, WATER SOFTNERS (WATER CONDITIONER), high pressure pump, reverse osmosis system, Ozone generator and UV Sterilizer, RO membrane etc.
1. Quartz sand filter -- mainly used for the removal of sediment from water.
2. Active Carbon filter-- mainly used for chlorine removal and other organic gases and to clear up the taste of water .
3. Water Softener-- exchange "ions" of calcium and magnesium with the most common and easiest method.
4. High pressure pump-- Provide the high pressure to RO membrane ro.
5. RO system-- main part of the plant. The RO membrane's desalting rate can reach 99%, removing over 99% ions.
6. Ozone generator - Kills 99.9 percent of known harmful bacteria.

Application :
Normally used for potable drinking purposes, but are also used in hospitals, laboratories, marine industry and industry where the purest of water is required.
