Rotary production line is our new product developed on the basis of combining the international advanced technology. It is important equipment for factory’s large-scale production. This machine can be matched with all kinds of casting machines of our factory, do continuous loading to moulds on ring production line walking trolley, implement line production to achieve the purpose of efficient production. It can be applied for the production of PU insoles, pillow, car cushion, crafts, toys and other products.
Low pressure foaming machines manufactured by us have high repeated injecting precision, even mixing, stable performance, easy operation, and high production efficiency, etc.

3. Using hot oil circulation termostat agency. Material temperature more accurate, Temperature error<±2ºC
Electrical control system
1. Fully controlled by SCM (Single Chip Microcomputer)
