Polyurethane foaming machine is widely employed in the production of rigid foam like imitation wood furniture, household appliances (refrigerator, freezer, water heater), thermal insulated building materials, automobile interiors and so on. The machine owns features as high repeat injection precision, even mixing, stable performance, easy operation, high production efficiency,etc.
STRENGTH
1. High Pressure L-shaped Mixing head
Adopt L type automatic self-cleaning mixing head, needle type nozzle adjustable, V type jet orifice, High-pressure collisional mixing principle ensure mixing effectual, mixing evenly, no bubble.
Mixing head installed in the suspension arm ( swing range 0-180℃) to realize injecting.
2. High and low pressure switching unit
Adopt high pressure resistant 35MPA stainless steel, optimized valve structure, pressure resistant, ware resistant, sealed, ensure long time usage without leakage.
Two components pressure switch quickly, no stop, improve the injection speed
3. Metering unit
1. High precision metering pumps; Promise or frequency control system;
2. Speed ratio more convenient. Precision error ≤±1%
3. Using hot oil circulation termostat agency. Material temperature more accurate, Temperature error<±2ºC
4. Special device
1. Designed non-return device for elastomer perfusion
2. LXCPU series polyurethane elastomer casting machine, with vacuum degasser
5. Electrical control system
1. Fully controlled by SCM (Single Chip Microcomputer)
2. Using PCL touch screen computer. Temperature, pressure, revolving speed display system.
3. Alarm function with acoustic warning
