China 2016 new continuous pu cold room sandwich panel machine
This production line adopts European technology, cost reduced by technical transformation, which has high stiffness, strength, accuracy, and stability; polyurethane sandwich panel production line is used for the continuous production of polyurethane foam sandwich panel, such as polyurethane insulation panel with surface layer of non-woven cloth, cement mortar, kraft paper or aluminum foil.
Working Principle of pu production line:
Polyurethane resin, curing agent, and foaming agent are delivered to high-speed mixing head in certain proportion through metering pump, evenly mixed and continuously coat on basal plate by coating head's reciprocating motion, then enter into double crawler machine with plate, foam and cure between the top and bottom layer of heated double crawler machine; when it is cured and shaped, the trimming device on both sides will get it into accurate size. Finally, the sizing following tracing cutting machine cut off it as per preset length.
Equipment Composition of pu production line:
This production line consists of two sets of new type double head uncoiler, one set of preheating device, one
PU high pressure foaming machine a, one mobile casting machine a, one set of side paper device, one laminating conveyor, one set (electricity, steam) heated air circulation device, one band center slitting trimming machine, one automatic tracking cutting machine, mill frame, etc.
Automatic Control of pu production line:
Automatic control system includes uncoil area control, double crawler forming machine and drying cutting area control, the whole control system is operated througth touch screen parameter input and buttons to realize automatic production with reliable and stable performance, simple and easy opeartion. Each opearting position is installed with emergency stop button to ensure equipment and personal safety in case of an emergency. The adopting of new technology realizes high accuracy, high intelligence, and high speed control.

Good Extensibility: Drying, stacking, and packaging device unit can be added. The line is suitable for automatic production of double-side color plate sandwich panel, color plate and soft surface layer sandwich, all kings of sandwich panel;
