Uses:
It is used for blowing plastic laminated film of low density polyethylene(LDPE), high density polyethylene(HDPE) and linear low density polyethylene(LLDPE) etc. The blown film has fine multifunction, such as oxygen insulation, light insulation, oil proof, leak proof, moistureproof and antifrost, this can prolong the period for preservation of liquid packing. The film is widely used for packing liquid(prolong the period for preservation of liquid packing), printed based material, products for exporting and industrial products etc.
Characteristics:
1. The full set machine is made of two sets main motors, two sets extruders and one rotary die head, which can together extrude with two different plastic materials. The die head can be rotated to left and right 360
angles, it can strengthen the intensity and evenness of plastic film.
2. The screw stem and cylinder are made of 38CRMOALA high quality ahoy steel after fine finishing and
nitrided treatment, which has high hardness, strong resistance to corrosion, durable service.
3. The die head is plated with hard chrome, of screw mandrel type structure with even and smooth discharging the blown plastic film has fine finishing; The blower is of labyrinth structure with even air output.
4. The coiling unit adopts pressure friction rewinding or center rewinding, which is driven by torque motor, with even and smooth rewinding and easy roll changing.
